we're all statues,
waiting to be grafted on.
waiting to be leaned on.
taking advantage of our unwillingness to move, to defend our beauty.
candle striking memories.
our feelings wear thin like table clothes
opening doors to possibilities, shutting the door and not coming back.
blessed or cursed with the gift to block out the world and indulge your mind to it's greatest imagination.
yes, i've been thinking lately.
that maybe i'm still looking at the storefront in life rather than taking
a peek inside the shop.
changing your mind takes turns and roads, changing my mind takes highways and planes.
escaping the unescapable situations.
feeding dreams, feeding the unpredictable future.
we need downtime to know when the excitements just begun.
